A new initiative of the Children’s Scholarship Fund New Hampshire (CSFNH) dedicated to celebrating and connecting the graduates of New Hampshire’s Education Freedom Account (EFA) and Education Tax Credit (ETC) programs.
As walking proof of the life-changing power of educational freedom, CSF’s alumni embody what choice in education makes possible. Through their journeys, achievements, and stories, they demonstrate how opportunity, flexibility, and family empowerment can transform lives and strengthen communities across the Granite State.
The Freedom Alumni Network exists to keep those stories-and those connections-alive. FAN brings together graduates, parents, mentors, and supporters to:
- Foster lifelong community among EFA and ETC alumni.
- Mentor and inspire current scholarship recipients.
- Showcase real outcomes that illustrate the long-term impact of CSFNH’s programs.
- Amplify awareness of educational freedom through storytelling, service, and outreach.
- Cultivate leadership and giving, as alumni become mentors, advocates, and donors shaping the next generation of opportunity.
This initiative reflects CSFNH’s commitment to strengthening roots in the community and ensuring that the mission of educational freedom continues for years to come.
The Freedom Alumni Network is more than a program-it’s a movement. Together, our alumni are proof that when families are free to choose the learning environment that fits their children best, the results echo for generations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
“My family depended on CSF scholarships during a difficult time. One of us graduated early and now works as a software engineer. Another transferred to a public school better suited for ADHD and is studying to become a doctor. Others chose homeschooling. Every journey was different – but CSF made each one possible.”
– Lizzie, FAN Director
Who Qualifies as a CSF Alum?
Being a CSF alum isn’t defined by how long you were in the program, but by the impact it made on your life. If the Children’s Scholarship Fund supported you when you needed it most, you’re part of our family. Anyone who received a CSF scholarship for at least one year and has graduated from high school is considered an alum. At this stage, we’re inviting those who were active recipients prior to graduation, with plans to expand participation in the future.
Do I Need to Live in New Hampshire to Join?
Not at all. While our roots are in New Hampshire, our alumni network reaches across the country.
What Are the Membership Requirements?
Membership is completely free. You can participate as much or as little as you’d like, though we encourage members to attend at least one event each year and stay connected through our online community.
What Are the Benefits of Joining FAN?
Members gain access to peer mentorship, professional networking, and opportunities to connect with donors and employers through our internal job board.
Each alum’s educational path is unique, and that diversity is what makes our network so strong. CSF alumni are creative, driven, and resilient – imagine what happens when all of that talent comes together.
What If I Don’t Remember Much About My CSF Years or It Didn’t Have a Big Impact?
If CSF played even a small role in shaping your educational journey, you belong here. And even if your time in the program was brief, your participation today can make a difference for others. Believing in the mission of school choice – and helping future students succeed – is at the heart of what it means to be a CSF alum.
